About Jake
Jake is the creator and proprietor of Multnomah Wine Studio. Word is, he hosts some of the best educational seminars and tastings in the industry. With over 10 years of experience, he is more than just an expert on wine — He excels in making the wine experience educational, approachable, and transformative.

Jake holds an undergraduate degree in Theatre and Geography from the University of Oregon, an MBA from Willamette University and a Level 3 Certificate with Merit from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust; plus acknowledgement in two books on South American wine: Wines of the Southern Hemisphere, by Mike DeSimone and Jeff Jenssen, the World Wine Guys and Wines of South America: The Essential Guide by Evan Goldstein, Master Sommelier. With multiple trips to wine regions the world over Jake is an excellent guide for your wine journey.
